Facilitated by photographer and culinary/ creative coach, Diane Epstein, M.A., it seeks to open the mind's eye, coax long-held dreams to life and banish self-sabotaging habits. This gathering promises to call forth the playful, delicious, insightful and daring elements of the creative self.

Whether in the heart of ancient Rome, in a 17th century palazzo tucked behind the Forum, in the neighborhood of Monti, or in the Umbrian or Tuscan countryside, we'll bring our drawing pads, cameras, and journals - along with our appetites and venturing spirits. We'll explore the magical delights, in the Palatino and other hidden areas of the centro storico of Rome, or in the lush hills of Tuscany. Immersing ourselves in the dream we will discover secret alleyways, ancient ruins, marketplaces, and piazzas, encountering the Muse in the exotic as well as the commonplace. Each day we'll explore distinctive tools for nurturing creativity and a positive relationship to food and life - from visualization and spontaneous drawing and writing to photography and artistic expression. We will investigate the mystery of 'multi-dimensional arts', the spontaneity of collage, the natural ingenuity of storytelling and writing- and most notably, the joys of the culinary arts.
